State officials released the latest budget forecast on Thursday, December 3rd, announcing a $1.9 billion surplus. Faculty, students, and many other education advocates gathered to tell the legislature why we need to invest that surplus in education “from cradle to career.”
On Thursday, November 12, 2015, academic researchers at the University of Minnesota joined Congressman Keith Ellison for a round table conversation on the need for increased federal research funding.
